Refund and Return Policy

At R2, we are committed to providing reliable solar mounting solutions to our customers. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you might need to request a refund or return. Please carefully review our refund and return policy to understand the guidelines and procedures.
We do not offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind.

2. Major Problems

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it,
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

Not a Major Problem

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Refunds

We provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping, we will issue a refund.
Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Return Process

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products that need to be returned for inspection, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will need to securely package the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days and issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Amount

Full Refund: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping fees.
Partial Refund: If the issue is unrelated to damage or defects, the refund will exclude shipping fees

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Products in good condition that meet all warranties but are no longer wanted.
